The Evolution of Exercise
Did you know that your brain is widening and narrowing 6-12 times a minutes? As it does this, it pumps cerebrospinal fluid throughout the dural tube which surrounds the brain and spine. This hydraulic action becomes mechanical as the dural tube attaches to the skeleton in several places, creating what’s known as the Craniosacral system. This means that the skeleton in each one of us is moving subtlety 6-12 times a minute.
About Dennis Hopp, PT
Dennis has been a physical therapist for 32 years, graduating from the UNMC PT program in 1986. He is the owner of Hopp Physical Therapy, located in Council Bluff, Iowa since 1995. His clinic specializes in Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, and simple contact. Dennis has been married to his lovely wife Suzanne for 38 years, and has 5 children. He is an avid athlete and musician.
